Before shampooing: Apply a generous amount to dry hair, leave for as long as you like, then rinse. During shampooing: Apply to clean hair, then rinse. After shampooing: Apply a small amount to wet hair before drying. Your hair is protected from the heat of the hair dryer and flat iron. On dry hair, apply starting at the ends and then distribute through the entire length. Reapply daily.
